Cost Savings Through Indirect Logistics

The IT Department at Conair was facing a new challenge: Over the years, they'd built an efficient network of IT Equipment vendors who excelled in service and quality. However, the IT team was also pushing for new ways to help drive value to the organization both through service improvements and reductions in cost which go directly to the bottom line. How can they reduce cost without compromising quality? That's when they were introduced to Boxton.

As currently negotiated, Conair's IT Equipment vendors were responsible for shipping, with the costs being passed through directly to Conair. What Boxton provided was a new way to ship these goods through a well-defined indirect Logistics process, taking advantage of their relationships with top global shipping companies.
